In case you needed another reminder that Mayweather vs. Pacquiao is reality, check out this official poster.
Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao is just about 1 month and 1 week away from finally happening. Whatever you feel about it happening "five years too late" or "five years overdue", it's reality and we're ever so close to seeing these two pugilistic greats go at it at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Mayweather vs. Pacquiao is set to be far and away the biggest and most profitable fight in boxing history, with tickets priced well out of the average person's budget and pay-per-view costs soaring towards an unofficial $90-$100 range.
Without further ado, here's the official promotional poster for Mayweather vs. Pacquiao as released by HBO officials yesterday.
I gotta admit, it's more basic than I thought it would be and it somewhat mirrors your standard one-fight posters for UFC shows like Jones vs. Cormier. But who am I to judge? I'm an artistic imbecile and I sincerely doubt a promotional poster will dissuade anyone from watching this.
