UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey made short work of NBC late-night talk show host Jimmy Fallon.
Ronda Rousey has been in New York all week making the rounds on the talk show circuit, as well as a trip to Albany to help make the case for the state to finally legalize professional MMA. Last night, Rousey appeared on NBC's The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and Fallon asked Rousey to demonstrate her armbar on him. Instead of the usual tapout as you'd see in an MMA fight, Fallon opted for the safety word of "Rumplestiltskin", and Rousey had him shouting that within seconds.
Video of the segment can be seen at the top of the page by clicking the play button.
Even for a simple demonstration I've not seen Fallon get broken that quickly since every single live sketch he ever performed on Saturday Night Live (I kid I kid). Earlier in the interview (not in the video), the two talked about Rousey's lobbying to make MMA legal in New York, to which Fallon added "If Governor Cuomo is watching our show: Make it happen. Let's do this."
