Royce Gracie lost all respect for Conor McGregor after UFC 189 'World Tour'

Conor McGregor rubbed a lot of people the wrong way -- especially Jose Aldo -- during the UFC 189 "World Tour" that saw both "Notorious" and "Junior" embark on a journey across the globe to promote their upcoming title fight on July 11, 2015 (details).

During their trip, Conor did his best to agitate Aldo, including snatching the champ's belt during their final stop in Dublin, Ireland (see it here).

But Aldo isn't the only Brazilian ticked off at Conor; as mixed martial arts (MMA) legend Royce Grace recently told Combate (via Fightland) that he lost all respect for "Notorious" after what he saw from the fiery Irishman during the jet-setting tour.

Check it out:

"(They say) he's the most talented, the best guy right now, but the way he's talking now he's fallen in my eyes. I don't like it. I lost my respect for him. (Aldo) is playing the right game, staying quiet. McGregor is taking Muhammad Ali's model. He can say whatever he wants but he's got to prove it. If he doesn't prove it, his career is going to be short. He's good, but he didn't really need to talk all that. Aldo is playing the right game and he'll prove it in the ring. McGregor is just disrespecting. Guys forget sometimes and lose respect — there's no need for that. It's like celebrating. You're going to celebrate a victory? You're getting paid for what? To lose? You're getting paid to win. It's like a soccer player who celebrates a goal he made and thanks God. You're celebrating what? They're paying you to make a goal. You're doing nothing more than keeping your end of the deal."

As far as his prediction of the fight, well, it's not a shocker.

"McGregor is good, I like the guy, but he's fallen a lot in my eyes after the media tour. The other guy is an animal, he's tough, he's been champion for years, he doesn't lose because of this, he knows what he's doing. Conor is new."

Something tells me Royce and Aldo aren't the only Brazilians pissed off at the Irishman.

But now that all of the traveling and talking is done (at least for now), the two men will gear up to settle their differences over Fourth of July weekend in "Sin City."
