UFC Quick Quote: Joanna Jedrzejczyk confident she can become multi-division champion

"I'm going to stay at 115. In the future, if they're going to make a new division for 125, then I'm going to move and I'm going to be champion again. And then I will think about 135, but we will see."

-- It took Joanna Jedrzejczyk just two fights inside the Octagon to prove she can bang with the best female strawweight fighters in the game today. It took one more after that for her to become the promotion's 115-pound champion, as the Polish-born fighter took it to then-division champion, Carla Esparza, in the co-main event of UFC 185 last March en route to a second-round technical knockout victory (video highlights). But, the undefeated striker (9-0, 3-0 UFC) isn't stopping there, as she recently told FOX Sports that if UFC ever brings in a 125-pound weight class, she is more than confident she can be champion there, too. And who knows, if the stars align, Joanna may even gain the extra pounds to compete in the bantamweight division. And since the current 135-pound roster hasn't had an answer for Ronda Rousey, perhaps Jedrzejczyk may be the one to solve the "Rowdy" riddle. Digging the confidence?
