What Jose Aldo really said when Conor McGregor stole his belt was super nasty

Jose Aldo didn't used up all his arsenal of curse words when Conor McGregor snatched his belt during a press conference in Dublin. But, the words he said have a much more powerful meaning in Portuguese than what made it on "Embedded."

Just in case it wasn't already clear, Jose Aldo was not the slightest bit pleased when Conor McGregor snatched his belt during their press conference in Dublin, for the UFC 189 World Tour. How angry was he? Let's just say the translation shown on episode number 10 of UFC's embedded series did not do it much justice.

Here's what Aldo really told Conor when he was in his face, trying to get his belt back.

"Você é um otário. Zé buceta. Vai tomar no meio do seu cu. Filho da puta. Arrombado", Aldo fiercely repeated over and over until he simmered down back in his chair with his belt in front of him.

Those were not a particularly nice set of words, though.

First of all, Aldo called him "otário", which basically means "loser" or "sucker". Then he called him "Zé Buceta" which is a rather funny name to call someone, it literally means "Pussy Joe" in English. Its true meaning though, signifies almost the same as "otário", but leaning more towards a person who just can't do anything right.

Then it got ugly.

"Vai tomar no meio do seu cu" is something you'll never hear from someone who is pleased with you in Brazil, because it's Portuguese for "Go fuck yourself right in the middle of your asshole" and it is a very offensive thing to say in Brazil. "Filho da puta", of course, means "Son of a bitch", but that insult is more offensive in Brazil than it is in the United States.

Finally, he called Conor "Arrombado", which means he is calling him a man with a very gapped and loose asshole. Also, very offensive slang.

For those who are also curious as to what Aldo really said when reporter Brian D'Souza asked if he was happy with his current pay situation, during the Toronto stop on the UFC's media tour.

"I see no problems. Everyone has their rights. I, personally, have nothing to complain about my organization. I'm happy. I think we always look to do better, but that's a part of being human", Aldo said in his native Portuguese.

Dana, though, stepped in and said Aldo called him a "dick", and then proceeded to repeatedly tell D'Souza to shut up and sit down.

Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor are scheduled to fight for the UFC featherweight title at UFC 189, on July 11, in Las Vegas.
