Bo Jackson inhabits a unique space as one of the few people to have legitimate success in two professional sports; baseball and football. So naturally, when NCAA wrestling champion, turned WWE world heavyweight champion, turned UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar likened himself to the former Los Angeles Raider and Kansas City Royal, it ruffled a few feathers.
Jackson's feathers, though? Well, they're just fine. Speaking with TMZ while attending a charity golf tournament, Jackson said that he's unaffected by Lesnar's comments, because he doesn't actually know who he is.
"I don't even know who Brock Lesnar is, man," said Jackson. After having some of Lesnar's achievements listed to him, he replied "No clue...I don't watch that. It's not on my radar. If I didn't make money in it, I don't know nothing about it."
Lesnar, regardless, is set to face Mark Hunt at UFC 200. If that doesn't pan out well, those claims will likely result in a few jeers.
